A Brief Insight
I have studied a degree at QUT in Information Technology (major in ECommerce) and also have a Certificate III in IT. So on top of my design skills I possess a high degree of technical skills as well. Throughout my career I have worked for two Brisbane based IT-Consulting firms as an IT Systems Consultant. During this time I notched up fantastic experience while collaborating with other experts and working for high profile clients. I have done design work for
FastFours magazine, and have even spent time as a Freelance Webdesigner and Photo Retouching Artist. I have worked on several large scale web applications including Glolance and SaveEasy and worked extensively with building online communities and shopping cart transaction systems. I have just recently finished contract work as the lead web developer for a
autemo.com.
With a lifelong passion for anything automotive, along with my passion for graphic design and skills in photoshop, I have gained a talent for automotive customization (also known as
virtual tuning). Over the years in this hobby I have established myself as a reknown online artist and have won numerous online tournaments and magazine competitions (incl. FastFours 2005 Grand Finalist). I have since been leading towards pure automotive design and have competed in Nation-Wide Australian Design Competitions (2006 WADA Young Design of the Year finalist). I still continue to get my work featured in various magazines (Wheels Magazine, 2DMAX, Banzai etc).
